Contact information you provide when requesting service: name, email address, phone number, and service address for on-site visits.

Service information: descriptions of your issue, device details, and records of the work performed.

Website data: this website does not use tracking cookies. Standard server logs (IP address, pages visited) may be collected by my hosting provider for security and performance.

2. Your Device and Your Files

Servicing a device may expose me to files, applications, and settings stored on it. My commitments:

— I access only what is necessary to perform the agreed service.
— I do not copy, retain, share, or sell your personal files or data.
— During remote sessions, you can observe everything I do and end the session at any time.
— I never ask for passwords to financial accounts, and I recommend you enter passwords yourself whenever prompted during a session.

3. How I Use Information

I use your information solely to provide and improve my services: scheduling, performing the work, invoicing, and follow-up support. I do not sell or rent your information to anyone, and I do not use it for third-party advertising.

4. Sharing

I share information only with service providers necessary to operate (such as email and payment processors), when required by law, or to protect my legal rights. Third-party tools used during service (e.g., AnyDesk, TeamViewer) are governed by their own privacy policies.

5. Data Retention

I keep basic service records (contact details, work performed, invoices) as needed for business and tax purposes. I do not retain copies of your files after a service is complete.

6. Security

I use reasonable safeguards to protect the information I hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and I cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

You may request a copy of the information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it (subject to legal record-keeping requirements) by emailing me.

8. Children

My services and website are not directed to children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect their information.
